Travel requirements change frequently, so please make sure you check any advice or requirements by the UK Foreign Office. We would also recommend that you double check on the tourist section of the relevant government website where you’ll be travelling.

Once you’ve booked a trip you’ll receive your app booking confirmation and email immediately. The invoice for all travel services will be emailed you within 3-5 working days. We’ll email you again with your final travel documents a week before you fly (wahoo!). If you cannot find your travel documents or have any queries about them, please get in touch by emailing: customersupport@orbzii.com or give us a ring on: +44 20 8588 9503 and we’ll resend them.

Don’t worry, if your trip has been cancelled due to COVID, we can rearrange some new dates for you. All you need to do is email us at: customersupport@orbzii.com quoting your booking reference and we can sort out rescheduling your trip for another time. We can also issue a refund credit note which you can redeem at a later date. This refund credit note is fully financially protected by our travel providers.
